Three small, yet very meaningful, letters have characterized the past week: P, T, and S.

 

Aion’s two Western public test servers went live yesterday, one for the EU and one for NA. Both will be used to test versions of Aion a little bit before they’re released to the live servers. The public test servers are still running the same version as our other live servers are at the moment, but we’ll let you know when this changes. The experience rates are drastically increased from those you might be used to, and leveling up should be a breeze. Make sure to get past the first three levels, since that’s when you’ll start seeing the difference. Head on over to our public test server forums for more info!

Why and how are you playing on the public test server?

 

We all know that the public test server (PTS) a testing ground for future content, but we also know that the reasons for going there are about as numerous as there are Kerubim in Poeta.

 

Tell us what you will do differently when playing on the PTS? Will you be trying different classes? The other faction? Will you get more invested in PvP, or less?

Last night a carefully prepared and organized raid put an end to an era in the Upper Abyss of Telemachus, where Elysean wings had dominated the colourful Abyss skies for over three months. The dominant Elyos legions BOON Control and Section IX were caught sleeping, to put it mildly, and eventually fell to the masses of attacking Asmodians. The assault had been in planning for several weeks and was spearheaded by Asmodian legion Vengeance of the Fallen.
